X Turbo Unfollow (browser extension)
This policy describes how the X Turbo Unfollow extension (“the Extension”) handles information. The Extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. or Twitter.
The Extension runs only on x.com and twitter.com. It provides a side panel to filter and unfollow accounts from your Following list, and related automation while you use those sites. You control when it runs.
The Extension uses your browser’s storage (for example, Chrome’s extension storage) to save settings such as filters, preferences, and automation state. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers, because we do not operate a backend service for the Extension.
If you use features that read or write cookies for x.com and twitter.com (such as importing or exporting cookie data for your session), that access is limited to those domains and is used only to support those features inside your browser. We do not collect cookies on a remote server.
While you use X in the browser, the Extension may interact with X’s own pages and APIs in the same way your session already does, so that unfollowing and filtering can work. The Extension does not add third-party analytics or advertising trackers to our knowledge.
The Extension may show an optional, dismissible promotional message that links to a third-party website when automation is active. Opening that link is your choice. That site follows its own privacy policy.
The Extension is not directed at children under 13.
